Anxiety affects everyone at a deeper level. It invades the central core of the personality and erodes feelings of self-esteem and personal worth. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms. There are generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. Each disorder has their own characteristics and symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety often occur with other mental dis orders. Bipolar disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, and major depressive disorders. Anxiety disorders can be genetic, or from the use of caffeine, drugs and alcohol. Anxiety can come from the withdrawals from caffeine, drugs, and alcohol also.
